FCPS held a community meeting on October 6, 2025 regarding the renovation of Falls Church High School and the next phase, focusing on the outdoor athletic facilities. Meeting notes and key takeaways can be found below.
Falls Church High School is currently undergoing a long-awaited renovation. The PTSA is working with the school administration, the activities department, FCPS Design and Construction, and other stakeholders and groups to gather and provide updates and relevant information to our community. The renovation began in 2022 and is expected to last through 2026. The renovation incorporates approximately 429,000 square feet. The additions include science classrooms, administrative offices, library, music rooms, and site improvements.
